Tutor Professional
I am a retired scientist currently substitute teaching
in District 203 and also teaching undergraduate Biology part-time
at College of DuPage.
My research included fruit flies and
ferrets.
I have also been a nature teacher for the last 5 years.
I am passionate about the science
of biology, both in the classroom and out in the field.
I am a life-long learner, and I am committed to sharing
my passion for the life sciences with younger learners.
Certified to teach high school Biology, Computer Science, and middle school General Science.

Tutor Education
Education:
In addition to my formal education, I have been a
model life-long learner. I have continued to hone my skills
as a biologist by attending workshops and seminars, focusing
on conservation topics. I have also been a volunteer with
the local forest preserve in its stewardship programs, and
have organized a
book club studying natural history since 2000.
